Top 3 Fitness Regime Australian Do To Stay in Shape

Hello People, 


My First entry is a dedication to a healthy lifestyle. I am a digital nomad and so travelling is a huge part of my work . So, I thought why not share some insights I have collected while travelling some beautiful countries worldwide. Hope you 'all will like it. Please send me your thoughts and feedbacks too .


Australia is just not a pretty island country, it's more than what one's eye can behold. In my recent trip to Sydney, I discovered another side of this beautiful country. That is, the people here are very concerned and serious about their fitness. why not ? After all this is a country of super actor #Hugh Jackman - Wikipedia

Anyways, while working here I saw a lot of people are into various fitness programs.


And the top 3 workouts Australians prefer are: 

1. Freehand Planks - Yes this one is a very favourable fitness regime Australians follow . Infact they club this with other sporty excercise to add variation.

2. Bouldering and Indoor Rock Climbing

Yes, this is a very popular sport fitness program which is very common for Australian people to follow. Infact I went with my friend to this centre in Climbfit Kirrawee an indoor rock climbing and bouldering fitness gym and personally witnessed the magnificience of it. I saw lot of people training in  beginner's bouldering there. They have good infrastructure and vibes.

3. Yoga
Surprised ! well I too was. But many Australians do indulge in Yoga and meditation as an integral part of their fitness and wellbeings. Seen many doing various Asanas and Mediation in Sydney. In fact there's many eminent guru's who help in illuminating this ancient Indian knowledge as a way of life.
